Why this workstream is structured the way it is.

Operating-brand oversight is operator-led by design. The work concentrates on the KPIs that customers actually feel - resident retention, work-order cycle time, customer-experience consistency - rather than on top-down management of day-to-day operations. Each operating partner runs its own customer relationships; the corporate office reviews KPI dashboards quarterly, audits SOP integrity, and surfaces cross-brand operational learnings the operator can choose to apply.

Without operating standards codified at the holding level, every personnel transition resets institutional knowledge.
